Dundee

Mills Observatory, Dundee, is one of the few (the only?) British observatories open to the public.

James Ivory (1765-1842) was born in Dundee and later taught here for three years. His library is in the Dundee Public Library. [Craik]

[Critchlow] says there are carved stone balls in the Dundee City Museum, but I haven't been to see them.
